OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All charges not pre-approved by the company will be charged to the individual directly. These charges are due to be settled prior to check out by the individual in the form of cash or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) payment.
- Cheques are not accepted.
- Payment from the company in advance or subject to credit approval.
- Bookings are not guaranteed until confirmation from Munati B&B has been received.
- All bookings and extensions to existing bookings are subject to availability.
- All guests are required to sign meal slips for each meal, and room billing slips for any additional charges.
- Package inclusions are restricted to the individual for whom the booking is made, and these are not transferable to any other guest.
- Munati B&B reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings should the basic terms and conditions not be met.
- Guests are responsible upon check-in to inform staff of any special needs or allergies.
- Check-in time is strictly from 14:00 – 20:00 and check out time is no later than 10:00 unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Should you require the room prior to 14:00, you may reserve the room from the night before, at the full daily rate. Rooms are only allocated on the day of arrival, therefore specific rooms cannot be guaranteed.
- All cancellations must be given in writing to the individual Munati B&B Reservation Department concerned.
- Failure to comply with the terms of payment will result in Munati B&B having the right to cancel and/or amend any reservation and Munati B&B will not be held responsible for any loss or consequential loss resulting from the afore-going.

- All bookings are subject to availability and must be secured in advance with a 100% deposit; payable through EFT/Cash/Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard are accepted). Proof of payments to be mailed to stay@munatilodge.co.za
- Cancellation/refund terms and conditions are applicable to all bookings *.
- Rates quoted are valid from 01 December 2021 until 30 November 2022 only.
